Founder, CEO, Executive ChefAnnemarie's lifelong passions for food and community led her to launch Bloom Bake Shop in 2010, which quickly became a pillar of the Middleton, WI community. In 2016, an opportunity arose to move closer to home in Madison, WI – so Bloom Bake Shop expanded into a new location in the beautiful Vilas neighborhood!Then, in 2023, another space opened up right near Bloom Bake Shop, so Annemarie and Mark Pavlovich jumped on the opportunity to open a small, family-run bistro, called Lallande!In 2025, Annemarie's dream of owning a building on Monroe Street became a reality, and she immediately got to work planning and building a cafe and wine bar, Walzting Matilda's, opening in 2026.
